Some of my earliest memories are of standing on a stool in my father's darkroom helping him meet a deadline. I distinctly recall how so many times I would think the images we were working on looked just fine only to have him say they needed more adjusting. He would always try to show me why. Life's lessons come in many unexpected forms and, if we are paying attention, they can help shape the way we see the world.

My introduction to photography came from my father. His eye and dedication to this art form are my inspiration. He passed on his love and appreciation of this medium to me in his DNA.
